Victorian undies - chemise drawers corsets

Endlich ein paar Meter weniger auf meinem Stoffhaufen. Ich habe nach dem Laughing Moon Schnittmuster gearbeitet und bin wieder mal begeistert. Klare Beschreibungen, einfache Methoden, schönes Ergebnis) finde ich). Gut, ich hätte noch mal drüberbügeln können. :)

Finally some meters of my big heap of fabrics has made it into Victorian undies. I have used Laughing Moon patterns and as usual I am very pleased with them. But see the result of it here: Chemise, Drawers and Corsets.

Regency at the shore - Empire an der Küste


 Aus einer Schnapsidee entsprungen: Historical dresses around Europe - a travel guide. Hier die erste Reise: Nord Wales. Bei einer Wanderung von Newborough (Niwbwrch) zur Insel Llanddwyn (ist nur bei Flut eine Insel, bei Ebbe kann man bequem hinüberwandern) haben wir diese wunderschöne Umgebung gefunden und gleich Bilder gemacht. :) Und daraus entstanden ist die Idee, bei jeder Reise Bilder mit historischen Kleidern zu machen. After seeing this stunningly beautiful beach on Anglesey, North Wales, and the Island Llanddwyn and thereupon taking pictures with a Regency dress, we had the idea of sharing pitures with costumes and travel destinations: historical dresses around Europe - a travel guide. :) Two destinations missed (this time...) were Haworth/Bronte Country für hoop skirts and Bolton Abbey for Tudor style (see Googlemaps Links above for locating them).
